LEVIATHAN

Community Guidelines

They form part of the Terms of Use. Last updated: October 28, 2026

LEVIATHAN is a place for adults to meet each other with respect and on their own terms. These guidelines apply to your profile, your messages, your calls, your vault and how you treat the people you met here, including outside the app. If you break them we may remove content, limit features or ban you, and in serious cases notify the authorities.

Consent is the rule

The fact that someone matched with you, accepted a call or shared something before does not mean they consent to what comes next. Consent is asked for, it is specific and it can be withdrawn at any time. The preferences in your profile help find compatibility; they never replace consent in each interaction.

Zero tolerance: ban and report to the authorities

Respect

Authenticity

Scams and commerce

Your public profile

Many people see your profile. Do not include nudity, sexually explicit content, weapons, drugs or contact details or social media handles to take the conversation out of the app. Photos of minors are not allowed, not even when accompanied by an adult.

Your vault and private content

You may only share your own private content, between adults who consent to it. Sensitive photos are shown blurred until the person decides to see them. Whoever receives private content may not save it, capture it, forward it or publish it.

How to report

You can report and block anyone from their profile, the chat or a call; the other person will not know that you reported them. A team reviews reports and handles first those involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, threats and exploitation. You can also use the safety form. False reports, or reports made to harass someone, are also a violation.

What happens if the guidelines are broken

Depending on the seriousness and repetition: a warning, removal of the content, limitation of features, temporary suspension or permanent ban. In zero-tolerance cases we ban the account without prior notice, keep the evidence and hand it over to the authorities when appropriate. If you think we made a mistake, you can appeal within 6 months using the appeal form.
